Initial changes were to:

• Remove the phone number and e-mail from the header and place them on the contact page.
  Add the ASID number at the bottom and balance the layout.
• Remove some of the space above Welcome to..
  These changes would allow more of the home page to be initially viewed.
• The page was also to be centered on the viewers screen.
  The page was designed to be viewed on 800x600 resolution, but when viewed at 1024x768, the page was displayed in the upper left corner.

• If the viewer's browser was not set for Arial and medium font, the appearance of the page was unpredictable. (See browser settings). Style sheets were added to all pages to insure cross browser and cross platform compatibility. A home_page template was created to control spacing.
• Spacing of the room links in the header was unbalanced. Exact centering of the room links wouldn't work either since the width of the outer header stripes varied. The answer was to offset the links.
• When graphics are used as links, it is very advisable to code in an alternate tag so the viewer can follow the link in the advent that the graphic does not properly download. This alternate description or alt="" tag can be seen by hovering the mouse over the link in the case of the graphic did properly download, or on the template, in the case that a graphic is not available or didn't download correctly. This was done haphazardly in the original version.
